Shipping & Delivery
What are my shipping options and costs?
We offer two reliable international shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Fast & Tracked delivery via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 days after dispatch. Includes real-time tracking, full insurance, and requires a signature.
- Free Shipping: Economical delivery via EMS (Express Mail Service). Available for orders over $50. Delivery in 15-25 days after dispatch. Includes basic tracking and standard insurance.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Your delivery journey consists of:
- Order Processing (1-2 business days): We meticulously prepare and authenticate your watch.
- Dispatch & Tracking: Your watch is packaged and shipped. You’ll receive tracking details.
- Customs Clearance: Our carriers handle documentation for international orders.
- Final Delivery: Based on your chosen method: 10-15 days (Standard) or 15-25 days (Free) after dispatch.
Do you handle customs and import taxes?
Our carriers manage the necessary customs documentation to ensure a smooth border crossing. However, any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local regulations before ordering.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Seiko timepiece. If you need to return an item, please initiate the process within 15 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and include all packaging, tags, and documentation.
