We offer a 15-day return or exchange window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unworn, and pristine condition, with all original packaging, tags, certificates, and protective films intact.
Non-Returnable Items
To preserve the integrity and authenticity of our timepieces, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized or Engraved Watches: Any watch from any collection (e.g., PRESAGE, DIAMONDS) that has been customized at your request.
- Opened or Used Watch Straps/Bands sold under the ACCESSORIES menu.
- Items Damaged Due to Customer Misuse or Alteration.
- Final Sale Items: Clearly marked as such on the product page.
2. Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps meticulously to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Step 1: Initiate Your Request (Within 15 Days of Delivery)

Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions
Within 2 business days, we will email you a Return Authorization (RA) Number and detailed instructions, including the secure return address in Orlando, US.
Important: Returns sent without an RA number cannot be processed.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
- Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer’s box.
- Place that box inside a protective shipping box.
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RA email inside the package.
- Clearly write the RA Number on the outside of the shipping box.
- Ship the package using a trackable and insured carrier (e.g., DHL, FedEx). We recommend retaining your shipping receipt.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Original shipping charges (Standard or Free Shipping via EMS) are non-refundable.
- For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is approved. Standard or Free Shipping options will apply based on the new order value.
4. Exchanges
