We offer a 15-day return or exchange window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unworn, and pristine condition, with all original packaging, tags, certificates, and protective films intact.
Non-Returnable Items
To preserve the integrity and authenticity of our timepieces, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized or Engraved Watches: Any watch from any collection (e.g., PRESAGE, DIAMONDS) that has been customized at your request.
- Opened or Used Watch Straps/Bands sold under the ACCESSORIES menu.
- Items Damaged Due to Customer Misuse or Alteration.
- Items clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page.
Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions
Within 2 business days, we will email you a Return Authorization (RA) Number and detailed instructions, including our secure return address in Orlando, US.
Important: Returns sent without an RA number clearly marked cannot be processed.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
- Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer’s box, then place that box inside a protective shipping box.
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RA email inside the package.
- Clearly write the RA Number on the outside of the shipping box.
- Ship the package using a trackable and insured carrier (e.g., DHL, FedEx). We recommend retaining your shipping receipt.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Step 4: Inspection & Processing
Once received at our facility (393 Barnes Street, Orlando, US 32801), our team will conduct a meticulous inspection to verify the condition, mirroring the care we put into watch authentication. This process typically takes 3-5 business days from receipt.
Refunds & Credits
Timing
Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider (typically an additional 5-10 business days).
Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For approved exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is received and approved. Standard or Free Shipping options will apply based on the new order value.

Exchanges
