However, slight variations in color or detail may occur due to photographic lighting or individual monitor settings.

2.2 Availability and Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors that may occur inadvertently. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

3. Orders and Payment Terms

3.1 Order Acceptance

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only considered accepted once we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed at the time of order. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Processing and Methods

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. We ship globally, excluding most Asian countries and select remote regions due to logistics constraints. We offer two primary shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 USD via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 USD via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.

4.2 Delivery and Customs

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs processing, holidays, or carrier issues. You will receive a tracking number upon shipment. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our policy is designed for clarity and fairness, reflecting our commitment to your satisfaction.

5.1 Eligibility Window

You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original, unworn, pristine condition with all packaging, tags, certificates, and protective films intact.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following are considered final sale:

• Personalized or engraved watches from any collection.
• Opened or used watch straps/bands (from ACCESSORIES).
• Items damaged due to customer misuse or alteration.
• Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page.

5.3 Return Process & Costs

To initiate a return/exchange, contact [email protected] within the 15-day window to receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs using a trackable, insured method, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Classic Watch Shop, its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use. Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control.
